My macrobiotic plate today! From top left clockwise: wakame seaweed, quinoa topped with sesame seaweed crisps, salad, and avocado atop a bed of beets and sauerkraut. Oh yea and that’s a lemon. Best combo ever. I also had some baked chicken breast on the side for protein. Mmmm!!! You must try. What are you eating?
